Website delivery and security

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare’s network. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser and system information, and traffic-routing data. The purpose is reliable, secure website delivery; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may occur outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Information about Cloudflare’s processing and applicable transfer safeguards is available in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum. Technical data is retained according to the applicable Cloudflare service and security requirements; we do not specify a fixed log retention period here.

Contact by email

The contact link opens your own email application. It does not send a form submission through this website. If you email us, we process your email address, name where provided, message content and relevant correspondence to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform an engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence.

Our business email service is provided by Zoho Mail. Email providers involved in sending or receiving your message also process it. See Zoho’s privacy policy. Please do not send patient-identifiable or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry or engagement and then deleted unless statutory retention obligations, legal claims or another lawful reason require continued retention. Applicable business-record retention duties may require longer storage.

Cookies and other services

The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage, advertising trackers, embedded media, externally loaded fonts, visitor accounts or payment processing. Cloudflare may process technical data or use necessary security mechanisms when delivering and protecting the website. No optional analytics code is included in this website package.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
